Do I need to purchase a textbook?
American Heart Association states "each student must have the current appropriate course textbook readily available for use before, during, and after the course." The textbook is not included in the class price and the student is responsible for purchasing or gaining access. Students may reuse their textbooks during renewals or updates until new science guidelines are published.
How long is my Certification valid?
Upon successful completion of the course your Certification is valid for two years.
How do I prepare for the class?

Do you cancel classes due to low registration?
No, we understand that when you register you expect your certification needs to be met. We do not cancel classes due to low registration.
I need to be certified immediately. Can you help me?
You can choose to take the classroom portion online and complete a skills checkoff at our location in Panama City Beach, FL. Learn more here.
When do I get my certification card?
You will receive an email from the American Heart Association where you can access your certification usually same day as your course on weekdays. Classes held on weekends may receive the email by the next business day.
I missed my scheduled course. Can I reschedule?
Yes, but there may be some exceptions. Visit our Terms and Conditions page to learn more.
